Applications:
Regional anesthesia devices are used for the delivery of analgesic and anesthetic agents to control pain during and after obstetric and surgical procedures.

Configurations:

  • Available in a variety of materials and durometers
  • Closed end (rounded bullet tip) with drilled side holes
  • Open end with radiused tip
  • Striped, radiopaque tubing
  • Clear or full radiopaque tubing
  • Printed, depth indicator marks
  • Available with printed connector positioning mark

Materials:

  • Polyether block amide (PEBA)*
  • Nylon
  • Fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP)
  • Polyurethane (PUR)*

*Note: PEBA and PUR are available in a range of materials and hardnesses from 80A to 75D depending on the resin type.

Radiopaque Fillers:

  • Barium sulfate (BaS04)
  • Bismuth trioxide (Bi203)
  • Tungsten (W)
