Teleflex Medical OEM Launches New Mobile App for the iPad^®

Teleflex Medical OEM, a global leader in medical product development and manufacturing, announces the launch of a mobile application (app) for the iPad^® that is an on-the-go reference guide to its custom-engineered extrusions, catheters, sheath/dilator sets, sutures, performance fibers, and medical devices. The app is now available for free through the Apple App Store® or iTunes^®. It requires iOS 5.1 or later.

“Over the past year, requests for a mobile app have steadily increased,” remarked Jessica Lenhardt, Director of Global Marketing – OEM. Customers told us they are interested in accessing information about Teleflex Medical OEM across a variety of platforms. When they visited our trade show booth and saw ouch screen presentation about our capabilities, there was a huge demand for a “take home” version. We are pleased to be able to provide this app in response.”

The Teleflex Medical OEM app features swipe-friendly navigation for a quick and easy reading experience. Highlights of the app include reference materials for Deknatel^® sutures and performance fibers, coiled/braided catheter shafts, and PTFE and FEP extrusions.
